Concerned Pet Owners, the case and litigation regarding the lead in the Blue Buffalo dog food was closed as of today: March 23, 2018. As with the Pet Food recalls and the other litigation cases against this company which has been ongoing for the last 9 years, no fault was ever admitted despite objective laboratory analysis verifying in this case, toxic lead levels.
Concerned Pet Lovers, we have had so many inquiries regarding the Class Action Law Suit for the lead in the Blue Buffalo Pet Food we wanted to post an update. As of March 19, 2018: Blue Buffalo advertises its products as healthy and safe, claiming the dog foods contain “a precise blend of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals selected by holistic veterinarians and animal nutritionists,” according to the Blue Buffalo class action lawsuit. The bags of dog food also allegedly declare the products to be “healthy” and “holistic.”
